SHOP POLICIES

✔️ Ordering from this shop means full agreement and compliance with our shop’s T&C.

✔️ Fill out the order form only if you are 101% sure that you will place an order and will pay the item on or before the given payment date.

✔️ Official items are shipped from Korea which will takes 3-5 weeks to arrive in PH. Holidays and unforeseen circumstances may affect the ETA so we expect your patience.

✔️ The shop will not be held or liable for any defects & missing inclusions caused by the company. Also for delays, loss and damages from local and international shipping. But we will do our best to solve the problem.

 

SHIPMENT/RETURN AND REFUND POLICIES

 

✔️ Combined shipments with other buyers are allowed if our shop was advise ahead of time. Late advise will not be acknowledge.

✔️ Combined shipments with your order from other batch are not allowed.

✔️ Shipment to other buyer of your mined items are not allow. We will not cater any "pasalo" or whatever kind of selling transactions outside our shop. Who mined the item, she/he will be the one who can only transact with us.

✔️ Returned Parcels will result to another shipping whatever the reason may be.

✔️ No return and exchange policy. It will only be considered once proven that it is the shop’s fault. Always provide and unboxing video for assurance. 

 

ADDITIONAL SHIPPING POLICIES

STRICTLY: No payment of shipping fee, no ship-out of items. Except for COD Shipping Fees

 

On-hand Item/s: Item/s will be ship once the balance has been settled.

For STBO item/s: Item/s will be ship once item/s are on-hand and balance are settled.

 

Local Shipping fee will be settled before shipping of the items.

 

NO RUSH SHIPPING! PLEASE BEAR WITH US AND WAIT FOR OUR UPDATES.

 

Shop admins will be the only one who can decide for the shipping of your items based on the given/provided shipping schedule. Non-compliance and arrogant/rude request will lead to cancellation of your orders!

 

 

PAYMENT POLICIES

 

✔️ Buyers are expected to pay on time. Payment made after the given deadline will come with the late payment fee of P50 per day which will automatically be added to your balance.

✔️ Extensions may be given only if the reason is valid and requested one week before the deadline.

✔️ Non compliance to Shop’s payment policies will be tag as joy reserver / bogus buyer and will be part of our blocklist buyers.

✔️ PLEASE ALWAYS MAKE SURE YOU FILL OUT OUR PAYMENT FORM AND ATTACH YOUR PROOF OF PAYMENT. NO PAYMENT FORM, NO POP. NO SHIPPING OF ORDERS

 

 

CANCELLATION POLICIES

Cancellation of orders are greatly discouraged, hence we want you to make sure that you’ll only order if you are 101% sure that you can settle your dues.

 

50% of total worth of items ordered if cancellation was made after items were secured.

 

75% of total worth of items if cancelled during the time that items are already in transit to PH

 

90% of total worth of items if cancelled once items are already on hand in PH.
