Shipping policy

 

As we are growing bigger, please do understand that are having limited storage space especially that we expect more upcoming boxes to arrive. Thus, by filling out this form, you agree to shipout all FULLY PAID items already AVAILABLE FOR SHIPMENT as of the submission date of this form.

Just a gentle REMINDER:

The shipping materials we are using (CARDBOARDS, BUBBLE WRAP) are fine enough for secured packaging, but if you are not satisfied with how we pack your items, we suggest you to add fee for additional packaging materials. 

PLEASE NOTE:

  • No return and exchange policy. It will only be considered once proven that it is the shop’s fault. We always make sure that your item/s packaging are fully secured. If the item/s was mishandled by your choosen courier, it's not the Shop's liablity anymore to provide you a refund / replacement and partial refund. 

  • Please estimate the bulkiness of your items as well. And note if you would rather have them in a box or have multiple pouches instead.

  • PLEASE ENSURE TO HAVE UNBOXING VIDEOS, Any claims of damage on items or missing components won't be processed without proper documentation, 

  • Packing Videos must not be on mute, no pause on the duration as well, all sides of the parcels must be shown on the video before unboxing.

All items will only be allowed to be ship during weekends unless stated otherwise.

Please note that once handed over to the courier, anything the occurs after will be out of control of the shop and we can't be held liable for any dsamage or loss caused by the courier during shipment.

SHOPEE / TIKTOK CHECKOUT

Choose at your own risk. Since this will be for shipping purposes only, any instances that item gets lost or damaged, we won't be able to cover anything as we are merely using Shopee/Tiktok to ship your items, there is no insurance for the platform to refund you in any instances. So please select at your own risk. Not recommended but it's your choice if you want to save on shipping fee.
